I purchased this connector to replace the existing Minn Kota charger connecter which insert plug prongs became corroded and broke when plugging in. The picture on this replacement looks like the male insert plug comes with the connecter but there was no male insert and I could not attach the bare wires from the charger. Now I have to go around and find a plug that will fit the inside of the replacement connector or find a connecter that was like my old one. Crazy.

Please do not buy this connector, total junk, I put it in and went to pop the cover on and it tore. For me the plug in which is hoky is off set by what you see most of the time, which is the stowed condition. The last thing I want to see is a tore cap connector. Simply it's cheap. I endup buying a quality plug that I'm happy with. Not this one.
Word of caution> Don't tighten the screws very tight because the plastic is cheap and breaks way 2 easy.. I actually give it (-1) star but no 1 would see it.... So I'll post it as 5 stars so my review can be seen....
It is a great addition to the boat as now I don’t have to leave the battery compartment open when I charge the batteries. My only issue is that the specified hole size is not common. I had to drill a 1 3-4” hole and use a dremel tool to enlarge it. Time will tell an the durability.
It works so I guess it's good
